Phase 3 (2023) – Focus on employers and private benefits plans

Phase 3 was released on World Psoriasis Day 2023, building on Phases 1 and 2 of this initiative. Phase 3 focuses on how workplaces and private plans can best support people with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in the workforce, with interest in providing information to employers about psoriatic disease and policies around accommodations in the workplace, and sharing key findings with them about access to health benefits, including drugs and supportive services (e.g., mental health) and the impact of these policies on individuals’ work experience.
